Direct Billing

At All About Physio, we offer direct billing to many major extended health insurance providers to help make your visit as simple and convenient as possible.

If your plan allows direct billing, we can submit your claim directly to your insurance company after your appointment. Any remaining balance, co-payment, deductible, or amount not covered by your plan is the patient’s responsibility.

We recommend checking your coverage with your insurance provider before your appointment, as each plan is different and coverage cannot be guaranteed by the clinic.

How Direct Billing Works

1. Bring your insurance information
Please bring your insurance card or policy details to your appointment.

2. We submit your claim
If your insurance provider allows direct billing, our team will submit the claim on your behalf.

3. You pay any remaining balance
If your plan does not cover the full amount, you are responsible for paying the remaining balance at the time of your visit.

4. Receipts are available
We can provide receipts for your records or for any portion paid out of pocket.

• Chiropractic care
• Registered Massage Therapy
• Acupuncture

Before Your Appointment

To help make your visit smoother, please bring:

• Your insurance card or policy information
• The primary plan holder’s name and date of birth, if different from the patient
• Any referral or doctor’s note required by your insurance plan
• A method of payment for any remaining balance not covered by insurance
