Our Bridging the Gap Program is an individualized physiotherapy exercise program designed by clinicians experienced in pediatrics, neurology, and orthopedics to support your child’s movement goals. This bridging program is designed for adolescents approaching adulthood and enables a seamless transition from a pediatric physiotherapy to adult physiotherapy. For teens with neurological conditions who are approaching adulthood, there is a lack of support by physiotherapists with the experience needed to best support their goals, and that’s why we’re here! This program is delivered in a safe environment where your teen can receive support from peers who are going through similar.
