Acupuncture, acupressure & cupping in Etobicoke

Acupuncture, acupressure & cupping

All About Physio offers acupuncture, acupressure, and cupping as dedicated Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services with Haemi Yun, our registered acupuncturist.

These sessions are separate from physiotherapist-led acupuncture. If you’re already working with one of our physiotherapists and want acupuncture added to that plan, visit our Acupuncture page instead.

What is Traditional Chinese Medicine?

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) looks at the body as a whole rather than addressing one symptom in isolation. It includes acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, and other techniques that work together to support circulation, calm the nervous system, and help restore balance in the body.

Our Traditional Chinese Medicine services

Acupuncture

Acupuncture involves inserting very thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body to help support your natural healing response and promote balance.

Acupressure

Acupressure applies gentle, targeted pressure to the same points used in acupuncture, without needles. It can be a good option if you’d like a TCM-based approach without needle insertion.

Cupping

Cupping uses suction cups placed on the skin to help improve circulation and ease muscle tension. Haemi may include cupping as part of your session when it fits your treatment plan.
